Sandhya has 24 years experience in wealth management, working across multiple disciplines from advice to professional development, product and operations. For over a decade, Sandhya has held senior positions at several major financial institutions, and is known for her kind and compassionate leadership style.
She regularly participates in industry forums to promote gender equity and multicultural diversity, and is an active member of several Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
