Robert’s journey with Mr. Perfect began on the ground as a Mr. Perfect BBQ Host on the NSW Central Coast, where he experienced firsthand the power of creating a safe, welcoming space for men to connect, talk, and support one another. His passion for our mission has continued to grow, and we’re excited to see him take on this new leadership role.
A respected social impact leader, disability employment advocate, and community champion, Robert is the Head of Supported Employment at Lasercraft Australia, where he develops innovative programs that create meaningful employment opportunities for people with disability, helping individuals achieve greater independence, inclusion, and purpose.
Combining decades of business leadership with a genuine commitment to giving back, Robert has dedicated much of his career to supporting community, youth, health, and mental health initiatives through volunteering, governance, mentoring, and advocacy.
Robert is also the Executive Producer of the 10 Lessons Learned podcast, sharing inspiring stories and practical life lessons from remarkable people around the world.
His lived experience as a Mr. Perfect BBQ Host, combined with his extensive leadership and community expertise, makes him a fantastic addition to our Board. We look forward to the passion, knowledge, and vision he’ll bring as we continue to grow our impact and support more men across Australia.
