SANE Australia are a National Mental Health Charity. After first meeting their incredible staff over a year ago, we have finally implemented their online support forums to our website.
These have been a massive success, not only on SANE's website but on other mental health groups' sites too.
The good news is they are not just for those that live with a mental health condition but also for their carers.
Each week there are also special online Topic Tuesdays – which are live chat events.
